Starting the search for spring

Hello everyone, My name is Piotr Piotrowicz and I've created this blog to share some of the things that i've discovered and learnt and hopefully update as I learn more about this.

The abandoned house of spring avenue, Everyone knows about it, and yet no one knows anything about it.
It is a typical hang out for drug addicts and the homeless as it is abandoned but no one knows why this was the case. I had known about it for a long time but only yesterday had I decided to actually check it out. Armed with my camera as I love documenting my expeditions I set out on my journey.
It was an interesting experience for me, being able to finally approach this house. From what I recall I'd often seen it when I was younger but my parents always told me to stay away from it due to it being a dangerous and broken down house.
As I approached the house the appearance of it spoke to me in such a deep way in which nothing else ever has. The closer I got the more I could feel a sense neglectfulness surrounding the house, But while neglected by people and being damaged it had created a strong bond with it's natural surroundings(as seen in the photo above).
It was almost as though nature was trying to protect the building itself.

As I entered the house, the sight was typical. Graffiti on the walls and trash all over the floors, This is the first room that I saw, I must say that it seemed quite typical to see the graffiti all over the place, though some of it was quite strange.
I walked past a corridor on my way to the main room, Such a devastating sight to see, It's sad to imagine that a building this large and beautiful could be so destroyed ::Corridor Photo::
once I entered the main room I was a little bit shocked to see a large pentagram, at first I thought it must have been some teenagers doing graffiti for a joke but at closer look it was noticeable that it was painted in normal paint and not spray-paint, The paint appeared aged and cracked. How long has this thing been here for?
::Pentagram Photo 1:: ::Pentagram Photo 2::
I looked around and noticed many symbols on the wall, some of them looked like the people were just stoned and drawing random stuff but then the question that comes to mind is why? What is the point of painting a large pentagram and drawing symbols all over the walls?
::Symbols:: ::More symbols::
A bit worried about this I left the room, something about it just made me feel uneasy, causing me to question the purpose? I suddenly felt a bit unsure about about this house in general and decided to ask the neighbors if they knew anything about it.
This photo was taken just outside the house through the rear exit at the end of the corridor
::Outside::
While deep down I knew this was most likely nothing more than people trying to scare other people, it still made me seek closure, I almost wish I just followed what my gut was telling me and just steered clear all together.
I knocked on the closest neighbours door, The residents were elderly, around 60-70 years old I would say. I introduced myself and expressed my interest in the abandoned house, This seemed to shock them as the look on their face went from happy to worried.. After a few moments they invited me to come inside.
I walked into a beautifully decorated lovely old house, Similar to my parents house but that's unrelated. We took a seat on the couch and the husband (who goes by the name of Arnold) started telling me what he knew.

The house that I was now in was owned by the husband's parents which from whom the husband inherited it. Both buildings were close too 95 years old, and both households were close friends as well as neighbours.
The children would often play together but when Arnold was around 8 years of age during the spring the family suddenly stopped showing up, answering their doors, getting their mail or ever coming out of the house. After a few weeks the once young boy decided to investigate.
What he found was a large pentagram painted in the main room, And what was once a corridor to all the children's rooms was now sealed off by a wall. The rear door was boarded up and shut.
Arnold told his parents, who got the police involved.
A police investigation which involved breaking down the back door discovered the bodies of the children within their rooms mutilated and mauled, But the parents were no where to be found.

At this point I decided to go home to get some rest, I discussed this with a few people for many hours then decided to get some sleep.

My dreams were very vivid and nightmarish, In my dream my curiosity got the best of me so I went back to the house, only this time as I entered from the front... there was no corridor. Only walls.
Scared I turned around and suddenly felt a sharp pain, not being about to see much of anything in the dark other than what my flashlight was pointed at I did not catch a glimpse of what I was dreaming of.

At this point I woke up early in the morning with sharp pain where I felt pain in my dream.

So here I am now, Posting my story on a blog(also twitter http://www.twitter.com/searchforspring) and the curiosity inside me is killing me

 I must know what happened that spring.
